The choice of law

You must agree that these conditions and any claim or dispute arising from them or relating thereto or any content or service that may be obtained from or through the website will be subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Additionally, you must recognize the power of the said personal courts applicable to you for this purpose and waive and agree not to claim or challenge these procedures in these courts (including any defense or objections to inadequacies of powers, location or inconvenience).
