Our organization is seeking an experienced Full Stack Instructor (Mongodb,Express,React,Nodejs) to join our team. As an Instructor, you’ll scale your impact as a Web Development professional by training the next generation of software engineers.You’ll create dynamic learning experiences through deployment of instructional best practices that are student-centered and designed to meet the needs of adult learners. You’ll co-facilitate lessons from the curriculum and will serve as subject matter expert to students and staff. You will support students through exercises designed to build knowledge and skills and promote grit, problem-solving and a collaborative learning community. Ultimately, you will prepare students for the next chapter in their lives as they seek employment in the Web Development field.Key Responsibilities:Create a positive, professional and inclusive learning environment, by :Develop engaging and informative learning materials, such as lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, to support student learning.Teach and mentor students in the fundamentals of Full-Stack Web Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Mongodb,Express,React and Nodejs.Provide feedback and guidance to students on their assignments, projects, and overall performance.Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously improve the quality of our educational programs.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Full-Stack Web Development, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into our curriculum as appropriate.Evaluate and report on student progress, and identify areas for improvement in the curriculum or teaching methods.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in Full-Stack Web Development, with a strong understanding of Front-End and Back-End technologies, frameworks, and tools.Strong communicat
