CHEF DE PRODUIT

Position Tasks: Perform, control the exchange doc relative to the project deliverables: *Consolidates all detailed PPP into one Detailed PPP with the Planned timing of each production preparation activity for all customer trial built and for Mass Production.* Maintain team member clear communication on project timing and deliverables.* Put in place corrective actions for any deviation in project timing, quality or cost.* Completes Launch Readiness Assessment Report in a monthly basis.*Coordinate the projects in accordance with GPMS standard.*Compiles 4M status in a weekly basis with corrective actions.* Organizes weekly project meeting with cross functional team.* Interfaces with BU for all project related items.* Project risks assessment & lessons learned monitoring.* Communicate the customer requirements or expectations to the team & ensure its respect.* Coordinates Obeya room activities.Following the GPMS procedure:*Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports required for functional reviews.* Leads the implementation of the project standard GPMSContinuous improvements: * Promote, develop & support team spirit.* Contributes actively to the SOP expectation in line with QCD targetsPosition requirement:Educational level: Bac+5 (Mechanical, Electromechanical, industrial engineering)Min Professional Experience: 4 yearsProfessional Skills: Enthusiastic, Leadership Skills, Experience, Excellent Oral Communication Skills, Excellent Presentation Skills, Written Communication Skills, Organization, Time Management, Prioritization, Results Driven, Budgeting Skills, Focus on TeamworkLanguage: Arabic; French; English: Fluent
