Mission:The mission of the Entrepreneurship Learning Coordinators is to lead and facilitate impactful entrepreneurship learning sessions, integrating insights from external trainers, fostering a culture of continuous development among participants and staff, and ensuring the continuous improvement and relevance of the training programs. They will also directly train participants, equipping them with essential entrepreneurial skills.• Coordinate entrepreneurship learning sessions within UM6P Dev’s Entrepreneurship Academy.• Facilitate knowledge integration from external trainers to enhance learning outcomes.• Support the development of internal capabilities by fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.• Evaluate and refine learning sessions to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and organize entrepreneurship learning sessions within UM6P Dev’s Entrepreneur Academy, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently. • Develop, update, and deliver training materials and curricula in collaboration with industry and academic experts.• Facilitate the integration of external trainers’ knowledge into our programs to enhance learning outcomes.• Train participants in key entrepreneurial skills, including ideation, business planning, market analysis, and funding strategies.• Provide mentorship and support to participants, helping them refine their business ideas and navigate entrepreneurial challenges.• Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team, identifying training needs and opportunities for internal staff.• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning sessions, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments to improve quality and relevance.• Maintain accurate records of learning sessions, participant attendance, and feedback, preparing regular reports on progress and outcomes.• Engage with external stakeholders, including industry partners and alumni, to enrich the training programs. REQUIRED PROFILES :• Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in entrepreneurship training or education.• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.Skills:• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.• Proficiency in using educational technology and training tools.
